This year’s government work report emphasized that regions should develop new quality productive forces based on local conditions, accelerating the construction of modern industrial systems. By leveraging their unique advantages, regions are urged to explore scientifically tailored development paths integrated into top-level planning. Beijing Electronic Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (BDSDZ) has aligned with policy directions, rooted itself in regional industrial foundations, and deeply analyzed the direction of industrial intelligent transformation, injecting robust momentum into the development of new quality productive forces.
In advancing the integration of technological and industrial innovation, BDSDZ has become an “accelerator engine” for various industries through its expertise and deep practice in building city-level AI infrastructure. Recently, BDSDZ’s first flagship “AI Factory”—the Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center, conceptualized under the “Spark·Intelligent Computing” initiative—reached a milestone with its completion and acceptance, further empowering the transformation and upgrading of both traditional and emerging industries.
National Model for AI Infrastructure
As one of Beijing’s “Three 100” key projects, the Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center, designed and operated by BDSDZ, spans approximately 35,000 square meters. Built on an AI foundation, the project boasts full-stack AI infrastructure and tools. At the computing power layer, it integrates petascale domestic computing resources, actively advancing the construction of domestic computing clusters. It has completed evaluations, adaptations, and certifications for over ten types of domestic chips across vertical scenarios. At the model layer, it provides foundational and industry-specific model development tools, solidifying the groundwork for technological innovation. The data layer employs trusted data service technologies to safeguard secure data circulation in sectors like government affairs and healthcare. Meanwhile, the operational layer utilizes a digital twin system to dynamically optimize resources, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and management precision.
National Deployment Strategy
With the Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center now operational, BDSDZ will leverage it as a blueprint to accelerate the nationwide deployment of city-level AI infrastructure. This will deepen empowerment in AI industrial construction and local scenario operations across South China, East China, Southwest China, and other regions, driving industrial transformation and upgrading.
Dual Transformation Approach
Under the strategic guidance of “1 AI Infrastructure + 2 Industrial Platforms,” BDSDZ has integrated industrial and ecosystem resources, forming a closed-loop process from AI infrastructure construction to industrial digital-intelligent transformation. This accelerates the “industrial AI-ization” and “AI industrialization” innovations, providing replicable pathways for cultivating new quality productive forces.
Industry-Specific Applications
For traditional industries, BDSDZ has developed vertical large models as new engines to reshape industrial efficiency, advancing “trusted AI empowerment across all sectors.” For example, in healthcare, BDSDZ collaborated with China-Japan Friendship Hospital to create the “Yingzhi Large Model” and the specialized “Yingzhi·α Dermatology Model,” propelling medical services and research into the intelligent era. In AI-driven media (AI audiovisuals), BDSDZ supports the Beijing Chaoyang AIGC Audiovisual Innovation Center by operating a domestic AI computing platform, enabling efficient deployment and optimization of media models on domestic chips, thus establishing AIGC audiovisual benchmarks. In emerging industries, BDSDZ focuses on key nodes such as intelligent perception, human-machine collaboration, and complex system modeling, driving accelerated development. Its “Embodied Intelligence Data Development Platform” constructs highly accurate, physically realistic simulation environments based on real-world industrial data, serving as training grounds for embodied intelligence enterprises.
State-Owned Innovation Leadership
As an AI-native state-owned innovator, BDSDZ rigorously implements its “1 AI Infrastructure + 2 Industrial Platforms” strategy. By replicating the Beijing Digital Economy Computing Power Center model, it accelerates the nationwide rollout of city-level AI infrastructure, fostering regional economic synergy and contributing to the development of a digital China.
